NLP training 35 years ago was all about meta cognition, the ability to notice the mental processing and language skills your brain is going through as you talk and behave.
Meta cognition is at the heart of 4thLevel NLP.
What would happen if you could tell from your client’s eye movements how they organise time and you could…
Your learnings This seminar will give you an overview of how the brain demonstrates time through eye movements and how that influences the state your client is in as they address their issues. The two seminar exercises will give you hands on experience of not only the time indicators but also the sorts of questions that can best elicit the indicators.
Introduction Eye movements contain a huge amount of information which is available in an instant, if you know what you are looking for. The eye movements are initiated by the sub-conscious and are out of the awareness of your client. However, they can give you an essential insight into your client’s mental processing in a matter of seconds. Their eye movements are more accurate than the words they use to describe their issue.
What would happen if you could access from one question…
Your learnings In this seminar you will experience how these 3 elements can be clearly seen. Although there is a huge amount of science behind what is happening you will be able to use what you experience in your next client session. During the seminar you will take part in small group exercises to give you hands on experience of seeing the eye movements associated with client issues.
A client comes to you if they consciously experience an issue in their lives. However, the issue will have its form in their unconscious. There is a wealth of information available to the therapist from unconscious cues even when having a conscious conversation with the client. Reading the submodalities is powerful because it is always changes to the them that change the issue.

Introduction Although we seem to think of time as something humans use to explain life with the language they use as they communicate to others, and themselves, it is actually a fundamental mental brain process without which the brain cannot function as a brain. Just as every cell has a length of life embedded in its DNA so the brain has an ability to add a time stamp to every memory you make. Without this ability ours lives wouldn’t make sense. Every issue your clients bring to you will be dependent on time and how they process time.

Introduction You have a choice. You are either going to run a hypnotherapy business just to pay your bills or you are interested in what we as humans are doing on this planet and how we are thinking about how our life experience is at the mercy of our brains, how brains are mentally set up, how they create who we are. The content, our memories, our life experiences and the mental ability we have developed will be the result of our formative years. In NLP we refer to that as our Model Of The World, our MoW. The challenge is that our MoW was not of our choosing and yet we have to make sense of the world while working out of it. Even if we think we have stepped out of it we will have used our MoW to do the stepping out, it’s a ‘Catch 22’ scenario.
