Suggested observation exercises which help prepare particiapants for the exercises during the seminar.

Two Hour Zoom
Contains two or three exercises done in groups with discussion and question and answer periods.
Stage 3
One Hour Zoom
Follow up discussion. Participants are encouraged to share their experiences since the Part 1 session
